Depending
on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In order
to best assist with your request, we recommend reaching out to us via
phone or live chat for immediate assistance. If we are unable to cancel
your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.

will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered and unused merchandise
in sell able condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We
do not accept returns from 3rd party retailers at this time. To see full

processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your
order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage.

You may change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting
customer service below. Typically, you can only do this the same day an
order was placed because items are shipping as fast as possible. If an
item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to
change the address. All address corrections are subject to review and
can be declined following a security screening.
No, we do not. If your order somehow passes our system with a PO Box address, this will cause delays.
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact info@threadshavens.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you.
SHIPPING
We
proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200 to the
United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), Canada, and the United
Kingdom.costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
We strive to ship all of our orders as fast as possible. If your order has
an item that is not currently in stock, your entire order will ship
when that item is back in stock. If you need part of your order more
quickly, shoot us an email at info@flaxhue.com and we'll let you know if
there's a way to make this happen!
If your order was marked as delivered but is not at the desired
location, we first suggest verifying the shipping address on your order.
If the shipping address is correct, check all possible locations around
your home, apartment, or office and see if someone else accepted the
delivery.
Additionally, packages may be prematurely marked as
delivered. We suggest waiting 3 business days for your package to arrive
after the listed delivered date. If your order does not arrive within
this time frame, please reach out to us at info@flaxhue.com and we will
find a solution!
Please note that lost packages must be reported to info@flaxhue.com within 30 days of the marked delivery date.
We want you to get your items ASAP so we may send your items in multiple
shipments. If your order is sent in multiple packages, you’ll receive a
shipping confirmation for each one. Your order total will not be
affected by this.
No, we are unable to support shipping to APO/DPO/FPO.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURN
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To
be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that
you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original
packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as
well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent
back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please
inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the
item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we
can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain
types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food,
flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or
personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable
liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns
about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept product returns without defects or damage
EXCHANGES
The
fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you
have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the
new item.

Fill out the return info on the back of your order form. Can’t find your order form? Download a copy of the return form.
Want to exchange it for the same or a different product? Let us know within 30 days of your purchase.

Return the order yourself via USPS, FedEx or any other traceable method. We encourage you to insure your package.

***Since
our warehouse has moved, please do NOT use any prepaid return labels
included in your shipment. Please contact customer service with any
questions or concerns.
Please allow 14 days for us to receive and
process your return. Original shipping and handling fees are not
refundable. We'll credit or refund the value of the items returned and
any taxes you were charged less the original shipping charges. Please
contact Customer Relations for more information regarding our return
policies. Credit card adjustments should appear within two billing
cycles.
Within 30 days of purchase, we will refund the original
form of payment for online and phone purchases. Credit card refunds
should appear within 5 to 10 business days on your online statement
after they are processed.
Any returns after 30 days of purchase will not be accepted.

In Store:The refund will be processed immediately and take one to three business days to post to your account.
Returns to Flax Hue : Your
return will begin to process immediately and the full refund amount
will appear back in the original account within three to five business
days.
Returns by Mail : Please allow 10 to 14
business days for your return to process. We will send an email
notification once the item(s) have been received and the refund has been
initiated. From this date, the full refund amount will appear back in
the original account within three to five business days.
If you return your items after 30 days from their delivery receipt, we reserve the right to refuse your return.
